1. Forbid to plug in /out parallel cable connected with computer and any hardware device like control card under power on. Shutdown power supply when machine does not need to work and unplug power cord when it’s not used for a long time, for safety and prevent disturbing computer or auto glass cutter shell’s earthing wire.

2. Turn on the power supply of  automatic glass cutting machine, restore the origin, and then test each function by manual, including refuel cutting oil, check if air pressure is not normal and whether the cutting head is worn-out or not.

3. Make sure that the input graph is within the cutting range when inputting graphs.
4. Check the outlook of the glass to be cut before cutting and ensure that no white spots and scratches.
5. Make sure that no one around the Y direction of glass cutter before clicking to start working. Carry out other non-emergency operation after cutting.
