1. When cleaning glass machinery and equipment, remove debris that is not related to production. It is best to keep it clean once a day.
2. Replace the circulating water to prevent the glass powder from clogging the water pump and the water pipe.
3. The chain, gear and screw of the glass edging machine are regularly filled with lubricating grease.
4. When it’s stopped to use, keep the surrounding environment of glass edging machine dry so that it is not easy to rust.
5. Check if the gap between the moving parts of the machine becomes large in time, which is good to maintain the precision of the machined parts.
6. When processing a small glass by a grinding machine, you must notice whether the splint is flat or not,  so that the small glass is clamped stably.
